With two GM spots open I got a feeling that the Commish's might want to have that filled.  Also I think that if we were to start this up soon to take some of the response pressure off maybe some kind of 3 man board or team is set up to handle the responses.  While it did work pretty good last season I know there were times that it would go several weeks with out any kind of answer on offers that were turned in.  The limit of three at a time probably helped out so there was not a bunch sent in at one time but still 3 per team and 30 teams thats 90 offers a week and then you are able to add on top of that.

Just my two cents not really worth a whole bunch but I thought I would share.
