Note from the other day: My damn 360 (the replacement unit I just got 2 weeks ago) died on me on Friday.  This is the 3rd replacement unit I have had... 

Anyone else having such problems?  Anyone aware of any class action lawsuit against Microsoft for such issues?

have xbox 360 been having manufacturing problems??  becuase i didnt get that 80 dollar insurance thingy.. they tried to offer me for any type of damage to my xbox console...

Yes - ten of thousands of machines, if not hundreds of thousands of machines have been reported as having major hardware failures.

In fact, one time when I was at Purolator returning my system, 4 people in line were either dropping one off or picking a replacement up (there were only 6 people in line).  The guy at Purolator said that they send and receive about a hundred or so each week at that location.
