How are we supposed to do this? You want every team to maintain a file of every unsigned player and every team's finances and compare them every day? What about for those people who weren't in the league before? How are they supposed to know what players were free agents and which are still on an older deal? Sabres wrote:

WHERE IS A LIST OF RESIGNED PLAYERS SO TEAMS CAN SIGN THEIR OWN RFA'S AND SEE THE MARKET VALUE.. PLEASE POST OR E-MAIL A LIST MR RFA AGENT.
I dont understand how this is eric and bryce's job. Make one yourself if you want to use it as a tool. Theres too many GMs that arent very self sufficient in this league.
Panthers, you're new to the league, so Ill toss you a bone on this one....
This entire "Free Agent Information" board was used before as a way to see how much other teams are signing there players for.... and to see how many offers you have left on each player you havent re-signed.
Now obviously with as much to do as eric has with other aspects of the league right now, it would be difficult to update each individual case......... however, a quick list posted here to show who has resigned in the last week or so wouldn't hurt and wouldn't take much time...
not sure why you were so defensive, perhaps this will help you out

I took offense at Buffalo's comment that "Theres too many GMs that arent very self sufficient in this league."
I would like a list of signed players too. If Bryce and Eric want to ask GMs to post their signed players, that would be fine. But I don't understand how GMs are not being self sufficient by not compiling a list of data that doesn't seem to exist anwhere. It was the tone of that comment that bothered me.
Eric_Calgary wrote:- Ranking the bids are based on average money offered per year. Highest bid is determined the leader. [(Salary Offered x Years Offered) + Signing Bonus] / Years Offered = Money Offered / 1 Year
EXAMPLES: [($5,125,000 x 3) + $4,000,000] / 3 = $6,458,334 / Year [($3,050,000 x 5) + $7,625,000] / 5 = $4,575,000 / Year
Question....is this going to be strictly enforced, or will you, acting as the player's agent use discretion. For instance, will a player take a 1 year $8,0000,00 deal over a 4 year deal @ $7,500,000 per?
Note: In light of recent threads, I would like to point out I am not being critical, merely asking so that I can properly format my strongest bids. I will save my criticism for later
As per the BRHL1 free agency.. years make no difference so yes.. the player would sign the larger 1 year offer. Would they in the NHL? likely no but you can't start bringing opinions into it because you end up with angry people blaming other people. Black and white rules make it all easier.
