the best time to find teams rebuilding and willing to trade away great OV for prospects is a third to halfway through the season

Capitals will do a semi to full rebuild

I will let you know where I stand after I see how the free agent season goes. If I can add a second pairing d and a couple of forwards I will be ok, otherwise rebuild time it is.
