finally after extended talks since the trade deadline the thrashers and flyers have reached and agreement on the trade involving sammy pahlsson and jarret stoll coming back to atlanta in the offseason for laddy smid and a boston5th,

in the renegociation of the trade the thrashers have decided to hold onto laddy smid and the bos 5th while still letting jarret stoll  stay in philly but with pahlsson and dal 2nd coming to atlanta aswell.


some may say these stipulations are unfair blah blah blah blah. but stoll is the premier player in this deal and i originally never had any intention of letting him stay in philly beyond last season. and he would be my third line center for this upcoming season, but with watching alot of oilers games i saw the player smid will be and when paired with souray or pitkanen this season his game will develop even farther. i decided to listen to rex's continued babble about how he needs stoll for this upcoming season. we came to terms on the deal stated above. still losing the best player in the deal always is tough but in overal value i think this will work out for me.
