team now has 2 firsts and 6 2nd rounders after recent trades :)

the first are atlantas own and columbus's
the seconds include washington, nyr, van (all probable high picks as them three are rebuilding. san jose philly and its own make up the rest of the 6

How the frick does the BOD keep on approving deals like 2 2nd rounders for 6M, this is retarded. No one even knows what money is worth in this league. 2 2nds is worth way the frick more than 6M.

Dude shut up. Im protecting franchises that you keep pillaging. The league is going to have a hard time finding replacements if they keep letting guys rape teams. This isnt a new GM deal, but you do it all the time and its fricken crooked to be completely honest.

New GMs should have their deals be under the league spotlight for the first half a yaer in they are in the league. No offence but theres a lot of people that come into the league and dont really know enough about hockey to succeed in this league.

How can you say that a 2nd round pick is worth more than money? By all accounts, this year's draft was awful. Undoubtedly, some players picked in the second round and later will succeed, but after a year of seeing who improves, it is highly debateable whether more than a couple of players drafted in the second round of our 08 draft even sniff the NHL. If a GM decides to toss these players for some cash to make a run at a UFA, who is to say it is a bad deal?

That said, the deal sucked, because he probably could have gotten a pretty good player for those picks. Just my opnion.

Also my opinion, The first deal was even worse, since that pick could end up being top-5, and all he got back was a bunch of depth players with a little bit of potential.

Something like 7 of ATL's last 10 deals have been against brand new GMs.

This is crooked and the league should do something about it.

because i talk to new guys to see their outlook on their team and the directions their going and then make offer and or trades with them, YOU COULD BE DOING THE SAME BUT YOUD RATHER BITCH ON THE MESSAGEBOARD GROW UP BUDDY.

Im so sick of your stupidity. Get some intelligence. Calling me Flamer and Buffalow, like grow up man, you cant do anything but insult, type in caps lock and rip off GMs that dont know what they are doing.

Im sick of having to deal with Atlanta's childish antics, all he does is cause problems. Eric or Bryce, can you seriously do something about him? You can't even discuss anything because he just acts like an infant.

This is a serious problem and hes taking advantage of new GMs who dont have the necessary experience to be making some of the calls they are and its only out of intimidation or harrassment. We've had some GMs come into the league and be removed within weeks because they are not suitable, whos to say the newest ones aren't in that same boat? Meanwhile Kirk manipulates them into trading their best assets for pieces of junk because he doesnt stop harrassing you.

Im not even kidding, Kirk doesnt know when to lay off. He offers you stupid trade after stupid trade and literally harasses you until you either
a.) tell him off in a fit of annoyance
b.) perform a stupid trade because your intimidated by him as a new GM

Are these deals going to be looked at? The league is going to have problems replacing GMs on these teams year after year if they have hardly any assets. We already had a hard time convincing some people to take on some of these franchises.
