Is that a real trade or just an example? I don't think 2009 picks are available to be traded (or at least I hope not) unless that team has paid for 2 years of BRHL2 hockey.

Is everyone just retarded or are you trying to be difficult?

Post the trades in the same format as the sample at the start of the official trades thread. No one wants to read a novel about your friggen basic trade. This thread is suppose to be easy to read and in chronological order.

If you want to post a "story" about your trade, do it on the main board.

I cant believe how much people need to be babysat to initiate something like this.

That doesn't sound like an opinion on a trade.. maybe you should be posting that elsewhere.

to atlanta zdeno chara, brad boyes, alexander semin, st.louis 1st
to st.louis- alex frolov, ryan malone, adam foote, rusty klesla, iyla bryzgalov, atl 3rd

Is this serious?
Semin<>Frolov and Malone
Boyes<>Foote (because Foote is overpaid and old)
Klesla and Bryzgalov for Chara and STL1?

If people thought my deal with St.Louis should have been vetoed what do they think about this one?

Sorry if I sound bitter but some of these deals are retarded.

Pretty much how I saw it as well.

Frolov is coveted in many fantasy leagues and is arguably almost equal to Chara
(especially with age and contract differences: Chara worth 6 mill for FOUR years? mayyyybe)....

Bryzgalov and the 3rd is arguably equal to the 1st rounder......

that leaves Malone (74 ov), Foote (76 ov), Klesla (75 ov) for Boyes (71 ov), Semin (77 ov).

not so lopsided.... a 60/40 kind of deal by some considerations (though arguably 70/30)

agreed... i see it this way:

frolov-semin (90% close in ATL favour)

bryzzy-stl 1st (100%)

malone-boyes (90% close in ST.L favour)

foote, klesla, 3rd-chara (80% close in ATL favour)

SOUR GRAPES IN TB AFTER THEY MISS OUT ON ANOTHER DEAL!!!!!!!!!

STL got raped. I dont know how the frig you can say STL wins on the Boyes for Malone deal. Malone is a piece of trash compared to Boyes.

am I the only one who likes Frolov more than Semin??
Why is everyone so high on Boyes? How many chances is he going to have to prove himself?

i like frolov more than semin as well, but since semin has that entry level contract he is more valuable to a roster close to the cap (atl)......

and malone is better than boyes IMO, and based on opportunity/exposure playing on a sid the kid team, he is a better asset....

the rest is fairly close, so TB needs a reality check.

I'm not arguing for the sake of arguing, I like frolov more too, but Semin's value is substantially greater. 3 years at 850k compared to frolov who will get quite an increase. Not to mention, Semin is younger, and in his 1st full NHL season he put up more than Frolov ever has.

I think Semin is a flash in the pan... Frolov is very comparable to him IMO. Too bad Chara, one of the top 3 dmen in the league was also dealt in this deal....
