after hard negociations with colorado had been completed and a deal finalized a g.m the team had sent an e-mail to a week ago.. replied stating that he had been away for a short period of time and just got back and to let him get settled and look at his e-mail a deal was struck moving fisher elsewhere and atlanta would like to apologize to colorado's team but i hadnt sent in any congfirmation to the league so the deal with fisher for horcoff isnt completed.

a new deal has been struck with a cool stipulation.

to carolina- noah welch,patrick mcneill,mike fisher

to atlanta- penner, 2nd 3rd, 1.5 mill

stipulation in deal is i cant play penner top two lines against carolina or on PP or i get a 500k penalty paid to his team.

but in the playoffs i can play him where i want to if i meet rick.
