Sharks pay HUGE price for young sniper Alex Semin

Just some quick points as to why I wanted to make this trade:

1) my team needs a shake up, I feel Im underachieving

2) 22year old NHL caliber snipers are rarely available and because of my great top-end talent, all it cost me was a 3rd liner and prospects whose NHL futures are uncertain.

3) Semin's great contract...ill be pushing the cap soon cause of my big name RFAs so I need all the bargains I can find.


This trade might really look bad for me in a few years, but im thinking short/medium term
