I just hope that adequate care has been taken with them including extensive testing to get them as accurate as possible. I understand the rush to open trading but I hope they are throughly gone over and tested.
Ratings are bar none the most important part of a league.
They put alot of work into them, and from what I've seen of the ratings in the BRHL, they are the best, most realistic set of ratings out there.
You guys have nothing to worry about.

Well I am not to sure about that particular statement. I have gone after a couple of players in this league and BRHL and once I have seen their ratings. ( Tomas Kaberle comes to mind )
I have been deterred from them. No one is perfect so I have never said anything about them, but if it is brought up then I will definately have an opinion on certain players. Here is hoping an adjustment can be made where possible.

I kind of agree with Dylan here, I think the one thing that really needs to be fixed is the goalies other than that I think the BRHL ratings usually look good in general so it should be the same this year.
The goalies do tend to be a little on the low side sometimes (although I believe that was adjusted in this years BRHL rates) but as long as they are all on the low side it doesn't make too much of a difference.
What I meant is they need to be spread out more. There is a huge difference between Brodeur, Luongo then you have a group of about 8-9 goalies and after that there is a big drop. We need to see that drop otherwise we'll keep having guys like Tim Thomas win the Vezina for no reason and that,s not fair to the owners who own the Brodeur, Luongo, Kiprusoff, Vokoun etc.
Pretty sure that was addressed in the most recent BRHL ratings in the BRHL. Guys like Brodeur and Luongo are sitting at 87/85 where as most good but not spectacular guys like Emery and such are around 80-81
Yeah I saw those ratings but my problem isn't with Brodeur and Luongo, it's with having 25 goalies between 81 and 76 OV. I told Eric what I thought though and asked him to give me the chance to show him what I mean so we'll see what happens.
Sorry if it's just me but personally I'm not a big fan of Tim Thomas winning the Vezina Trophy when most people thought he wouldn't even be the starter in Boston after the 05-06 season.
No, it seems like people always bitch about the ratings before they are done, at least in the BRHL.

By the way I'm not bitching, you guys are just making it sound like I am. Anyways I won't say anything else cuz it seems everyone thinks I'm a whiner, Eric knows where I stand and considered what I had to say which is all I can ask for.
