Looks great. The only problem I can see is too many shutouts. A couple goalies with 10 or 11 so's is not unheard of (Luongo & Brodeur this season), however there seems to be several goalies in these results with 5 or more SO's. Other than that, Phoenix is in 1st with these ratings, so who am I to complain?

Yeah I don't think that's really hard to fix, I didn't focus too much on the stats, this is more to see how players compare to eachother.
Any other opinions on this? So far it's like 8 to 1 for those who like this scale better and I know Minnesota liked it before even seeing the tests so that's 9.
I'm not as much opposed as some people might think. I think that there are a few alterations needed, but I think they are mainly to be made to the top echelon. I think the 2nd - 4th liners are pretty much down. I think there could be some alterations to make the suprstars, more spuerstar-ish. But I don't think it will be making a significant difference. I think it won't add more than a handful of points, which I'm not opposed to.
Bryce handles all the ratings and formulas for coming up with them. He's been extremely busy as of late. So I don't know his direct opinion on the issue. I don't know if Bryce has really made changes from year to year when he first started about 5 years ago. But I think that the ratings will evolve, as will the real NHL.
Somethings I ask for you to remember. And I think most of you have,
- It is a sim league, and is not a carbon copy of the NHL due to the interaction of the FHL Sim. Players have the ability to surpass or not meet their given ratings. - The ratings are based on the prior NHL season. - Overall doesn't matter. - Goalies are harder to rate due to the lack of goalie skill attributes found in the FHL Sim.
I know Bryce tries to check in occasionally, but we'll all have to await his opinion. I'll try to answer most of the questions and concerns when I'm free. Thanks.

Thanks Eric, I think most agree that the stats I posted here are closer to what we want than in the current ratings so maybe when Bryce is back I can discuss this with him and tell him what I've done and he can work from there?
