Mathieu Schneider set a new BRHL 2 record this evening, when he posted an amazing 6 points on root for a 6-2 victory over the St. Louis Blues.
The feat is even more astonishing is that Schneider is a defencemen and not a forward and breaks the record which was 5 at the time tied with maybe 20 ppl.. This record should stay in the books for the rest of the season as there shouldn't be any lucky contender that can get 6 points in a game.
The win has also pushed the Nashville Preds back into a fight for the final playoff spot when no more than 2 weeks ago they were battling for the first overall pick. We'll see what the last 2 weeks of the season should happen.
