There's only one player the Islanders are looking at moving at the trade deadline, a scoring line performer who at age 28 is a bit older than the direction the organization is heading toward.
Radek Dvorak (lw/rw) has 19 assists, 26 points in 51 NHL games.
He has 74 speed, 73 skating in the BRHL2 and is a 28-year-old RFA at season's end to be resigned.
Dvorak's salary is just way too much for anyone to give up anything decent for him. 1.5 mil for a 70OV player? I wouldn't take him on my team for free right now.
That does not help me TRADE him, which is what this thread is about.
