Camp information article:
http://www.tsn.ca/world_jrs/news_story/?ID=187124&hubname=

I hope to attend at least 1-2 of the intrasquad games. Here are the players our team has representing us at the camp:

Goalies:
Carey Price

Defence:
Kristopher Letang
Brendan Mikkelson
Ryan Parent

Forwards:
Kenndal McArdle
James Neal
Ryan O'Marra
Devin Setoguchi

Should be fun to see our guys play, I think Letang, Parent, Omarra, Setoguchi will make the team and I wouldnt be surprised if Price, Mikkelson, Neal and McArdle have a pretty decent shot at it as well.

Who else is well represented at this? Obviously it'll be better if your guys actually make the team.

Well, the first round of cuts were made.
http://www.tsn.ca/world_jrs/feature/?fid=10881

Of the 11 cuts, only 1 player was of our 8 at the camp. Devin Setoguchi got the axe. I went last night to watch the 2nd intrasquad game and he deserved to get cut. Oh well.

I think 27-28 players remain and 7 of them are on our squad. We quite likely could have a quarter of this years team canada WJHC team.

Maybe they'll be in the NHL in 3 years.

well considering Letang was in the NHL this year...He will be a full time player next year, and a few others will have up within 2 years.

Letang will be really good, same with Parent. I don't see the upside for the forwards though, I think they'll mostly end up as grinding line players.

And how the fck did Seto get cut. He should have been a lock after his play last season. I guess maybe he's just bored in junior or something. I guess that can work out though, see Ryan Getzlaf and Andrew Ladd

ya think mcarlde might suprise you this year. Hes actually got pretty good upside. I have never seen setoguchi play but aaron swears by him. James neal is another guy who has a shot to be a top 6 nhler, i think he makes team canada to be honest.

O'marra is a virtual lock to be a 3rd line Center. I dont know if he has 2nd line upside or 4th line downside:D
