there should def be a lottery because if there is 10 games left in the season and im clearly out of the playoff race and i decide to start my back up the last 10 games just to get that first pick. Im for a lottery

Who's to say you may not try and do that with a lottery if your already out of the playoff race?

I wouldnt tank a team regardless.....but who would want to tank for las place and not even guarantee themselves the first overall?
