All league news on a day to day basis would be included in these emails (I am pretty sure this is the intention). So most days it just might say, "Games are posted on the web page". But other news such as trades being rejected and players returned to their teams (as an example), or possibly even every trade that was completed (easy for Eric to throw these in the email at the same time he sims the games) could be included as well.
I don't really mind either way, but I think at the very least there should be an email sent out when something important happens, especially when trades are being put to the BOD and when any other stuff that could be deemed important is going on. I'm not sure everyone reads the boards but there's no excuse for not reading emails. However too much information is probably better than too little.

16 g.m.s today
26 g.m.s since Thursday!!
That's almost everyone.
I personally check in here as much as a check my email, more so when you consider the junk mail one doesn't always want to weed through with one's email.
I think it's kind of useless, it's only the trades really an dother news but getting an e-mail every day to tell me games have been simmed isn,t really worth it, just check the webpage.
