Go to JOIN: #BRHL2CHAT

If you have the downloaded/install version of IRC it's better and more stable than this java version but both work the same.

The server to use when joining via IRC is: IrCQ-Net: Random Server

After connecting to that server, join room #BRHL2CHAT
