Hey, I'm just wondering when and where we submit our selections for the draft order. I mean, like which position we draft at. I read that we are sort of choosing our position and I am wondering how this will happen.
We will pick our own spots in the draft order once the league is filled. It will be done privately, with everyone sending an email to the league office stating which spot they want. It's being done like this so that Bryce and I can't favor any of the spots. But it will be done once the league is full.

Perhaps this is ideal, perhaps not. But would you like us to start sending in our preferred draft position right now, as soon as we've paid to join?? This would speed the process up a bit, and you could get all new GMs that still need to be added to immediately send you their preferred position, so that as soon as the league is full we could move on to part 2 of the draft position process.
Also, I assume that if their are say 5 people who want the #1 overall pick, then you and Bryce will simply draw one of those names out of a hat and that team would get #1 overall, right?? Then the remaining 4 would get to choose which spot is left after everyone else has been determined (ex. 25 people want pick #1, 4 people want pick #2, 1 person wants pick #3. So the second round the remainder(s) would get a choice at picks 4-30 right?)
I would also like to say that anyone who takes Igor Ulanov has my eternal respect, because he's cool as ****. (So is CP44 knocking chicks up!!)

Yes, Rex. If more than one team selects a possition, it will be awarded randomly (a way I haven't finalized, but it will be completely random). And the team(s) that doesn't get their desired spot, will then be up for their 2nd choice. this system will continue until all spots are full.
I probably will be opening up sending in your draft slot position this weekend. I'll go more in-depth with the email, but it will probably require each GM to give me 4-6 drafting options.
For the record, Bryce and I have already listed 7+ spots we'd like to draft in. As well as we have made our Coaches Draft priority list. Something that isn't needed right now, but we thought we'd get it done since Bryce will be away for a week, and in the interest of fairness, we needed to make sure all things are equal.
