The New York Rangers have confirmed they have traded their yr8 1st rounder (16OV) to the the Chicago Blackhawks for Nathan Horton, pending league approval. "We know Nathan comes with a concussion history but our scouts have kept a close eye on him throughout his recovery and training and believe he is 100% healthy again. Nathan will provide much needed help up front for the rangers and will provide that immediate talent needed on the top line." said rangers GM Andrew Wright. Our first priority is to lock Nathan in with a long term contract, then we will focus on the draft and free agency. Expect more trades from the Rangers.
