Because it never seems to get easier with this league, were going to make due with what we can, again.

 

Ive not been able to figure out what caused the blackout with the portal, but its there.

 

We will be using the league index: http://brhlhockey.com/brhl2/File/2011-RegularSeason/Index.html

 

I will be uploading everything to the FTP.

 

I do not have access to upload anything to the portal, that part is blacked out for me. Individual team pages are not. Youre able to still submit lines, but the portal as is, cant be update from here on out.

 

The league files are available on the league index, or the link on your own team pages.

 

Games will return on Wednesday @ 9pm EST.

 

The simming schedule will be as follows

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9pm EST

Friday 6pm EST

Saturday 10am EST & Midnight

Sunday 1pm EST & Midnight

 

The games will not be simmed earlier that the date listed above, but given that life can sometimes happen, I will do my best not to sim later than 2 hours after the listed time.

 

If Ive missed anything, ask your questions here () so everyone else can see your question and my answer.

so is that 2 sims on saturday and sundays to catch up for time lost??

Glad the season is getting back on track. The current league file needs to be updated as the current version is giving "too old" as an error.

I know I'm a little ahead of myself with this next comment but I hope double simming does not occur in the playoffs. GMs should have time to prepare for each game.

 Yes, 4 sims over the weekend.

Unfortunately, I can't. Well I could. But I won't. The Sim outputs a new Index.html file after every sim. And the main reason it's updated in uploaded after every sim, is to show the most recent date the sim has been updated at the top of the Index.

So I could place a link to the board in the index, but then the date would remain there for the rest of the season, possibly confusing GMs when the league was last updated.

Hey there, Eric. I'm not saying the latest file isn't up-to-date, I'm just saying it needs to be re-saved and re-uploaded to the server. The file has been on the server since mid-December and therefore the V2 program states it's old when I try to open it.

All that being said, I have now noticed that the latest Index is for Jan 10th so I shall try the league file after work to see if the same issue persists.

Could we please have "Farm Goalies" created for teams with less than two normal farm goalies? The sim is not letting me do my lines because I only have the one farm goalie.

that is what i would call a fine for not meeting requirements..

in other note Jets have goalie Nic Riopel avaible for trade..

Actually he does meet requirements.  Just like my squad, only 1 farm goalie is required, but my team was given the farm goalies.

u only need 3 goalies in your whole system brhl2? seems weak.. how many NHL squads have 3 guys in their system?
