The Wild made another deal today aquiringKris Letang and Chris Summers from the Leafs for Robyn Regehr and Kevin Shattenkirk.
Shattenkirk never got to play a regular season game with the Wild, but the lure of getting a top notch #1 defenseman was too much and the Wild buckled.
The Wild were shutout on all attempts to aquire a player through RFA & UFA, so they will continue on trying to improve this squad through trades, the Wild still could use a top 6 centreman, and a depth defenseman, they have 6M in cap room and all of their picks and prospects intact so you still might see some movement in the next week...
