In the index I see that Gionta signed full price with NYR but was supposed to re-sign with a 10% discount since he played with NYR last  season as per section 14 (Unrestricted Free Agents),  clause 14 in the league rule book. 

Can this be corrected? 

Does  this discount apply to the signing bonus as well?

let me know on the loyalty issues, I've been catching a few, some I'm missing, just let me know, and I'll take care of it.

Loyalty only applies to the salary.

Actually Gionta played for the Hawks last season for the entire season and isn't entitled to any discount on the Rangers....

 Well that settles that doesn't it.   I could have sworn he was in my roster when I joined. Thanks for the clarification.
