Rumblings out of Carolina have the Cane's listening to offers on #1 Goalie Marty Turco. When asked if this was true, GM Cordell was qouted as saying" we are listening to any offers we think will help this team going forward, having said that B. Elliott has in fact assumed the #1 role right now so it would only make sense to move one #1 as they both can't play all the time" Time will tell if Turco will remain a Cane until season's end.
Update.....Still no solid offers for a solid net-minder!! Plenty of BRHL2 teams in or near play-off position that could use the upgrade in goal. Don't miss the boat or you could be watching the play-offs from the golf course.
