Beauchemin for Lupul, Gardiner, (4th or 6th) round pick
Nice deal by Burke. Beauchemin is overrated and he addresses 3 needs - A guy who can score (except he's butter soft) - Good prospect - Draft pick
Other than that, I don't think it will take Leaf fans long to turn on Lupul, he wilted under the pressure in Edmonton, how will he handle Toronto. That being said, he can score. Basically he is Phil Kessel lite.

Leafs could possibly have addressed top 6 forward need as Lupul will be given a tonne of ice and every opportunity to return to junior star form. Gardiner is regarded as a solid prospect and the pick doesn't do any harm either. Leafs give Anaheim back a guy that although hasn't played poorly, certainly didn't live up to the standards he set for himself while with the Ducks previously and plays a position that should be able to be filled relatively easily. Anaheim needed to add some grit on the back-end that wouldn't hurt them offensively and from the surface looks like they may have done that. This is a trade that appears to help both teams, but unless Beauchemin goes on to win the Norris or something crazy like that, the Leafs win this trade.
