Short story: He's not on waivers, and he's not available.

Long story: George sent me an e-mail to put him on IR, even though I didn't think he needed to be on IR because his injury should've cleared his cap hit anyways with this sim. I could not manage to make a legal change within the sim to accommodate this request. Anything I was trying was keeping the Blackhawks roster as incomplete and over the cap, and it will not allow me to sim if that's the case. So to reflect the IR request, and move on with simming, I put Dumont at 100% condition (was at 94 and would've healed by the end of his time on IR), then I demoted him to the minors. He has to "clear waivers" but will be on IR for the regular amount of time he should've been, and then will be available for a call up. This was my only foreseeable way of circumventing this issue and respecting George's request.
