Some teams don't have enough positioinal players to field a full farm team (ie, only 5 farm D).  Do these all need to get sorted out before we start simming?

I suggest just filling out these rosters with FarmPlayer1 etc. and fine the teams for each game they need to use a FarmPlayer for a position other than G.
