**if you cannot have anyone picked in waiver draft, you still CANNOT demote anyone over 1.5 million in salary, or who did not play at least 5 AHL games last season, without them being exposed to waivers. Let's close that loophole right now. So I couldn't demote Dustin Penner and have him breeze through because I have had 3 players picked already**

- Any players dropped in final round will be subject to waivers for 24 hours upon completion of waiver draft. Teams may only place a claim on 1 player in that time.
