1 - You can name them through the Client. 2 - You can e-mail the league, and I will make the changes.
As far as I know, the effectiveness of this is fairly minimal at best.
Rivalries. All divisional teams are considered rivals. Each team is allowed 1 rivalry outside of the teams division.
Rivalries can be made through the web portal, or via e-mail to the league.
Two rivalries have been already agreed upon through the portal, DET - MTL & STL - ANA, if each GM would confirm with me, then I will accept those rivalries. Since they were made prior to this announcment, I'm allowing revision.
Choose wisely.
