I'm below the floor (WWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY below the floor....lol) if your willing to sweeten the pot (ie upgrading one of my picks) I could be willing to take on your crap contracts and give you extra cap room to spend on free agents or to trade for better players BUT would only be wanting to trade for players on a 1 or 2 year deal after that I want to leave myself open to other options.
Now maybe your saying to yourself I can just stash my player in the minors during the season and I'll just pay the contract out in full and you could do that BUT if you have read the rules (which I'm sure everyone has) you will notice this little clause which could hurt you during FA "However, during the UFA period, they must be in the pros so their salary is reflected there." and since you cant exceed the cap during free agency that could hamper your efforts to sign that prized free agent you want.
