Are basically finalized, Thanks to Rex and especially Dave for their assistance with gathering data.

I will be getting a link out soon, but here are a guideline as to what matters, without giving the exact formulas away.

08-09 season 75%
07-08 season 25%
AHL Coach - 20% penalty (not on EX-LD)
NHL Assistant - 25% penalty (not on EX-LD)

Physical Rating
- Teams Hits per game rank

Offense
- PP success is most improtant
- Goals Per Game is also a factor
- AHL coaches is strictly on Goals Per Game

Defense
- PK success is most important
- Goals Against is also a factor

Discipline
- PIM/game rank

Experience
- Heavily Rated on NHL games coached
- NHL Games Played a factor
- AHL Games Coached a factor
- Years as an NHL assistant a factor

Leadership
- NHL GP
- NHL Games Coached
- AHL Games Coached
- NHL Final 4s
- NHL Cups
- AHL Final 4s
- AHL cups
- Jack Adams Awards

so hitch**** doesnt get EX because he never played in the nhl??

and hes not as good a leader for the same reason?

He's whining about Bab****, but using someone he doesnt have in the same situation. Clever eh

And yes, the effect is minimal, but it does have a slight factor. I would assume that guys who played in the league do have an experience factor that other coaches do not, ditto the leadership factor, even though the effect is very minimal

i agree MACT should get a coaching boost over guys like hitchock, bab**** just makes sense..

BTW to PO that the sim has I just did a rough OV calculation of taking the 6 categories and dividing them by 6, so its very crude at best
