Line Optimizing

Had a couple GM's ask me if I have seen any trends in the sim regarding top tier players and how to have them produce. Keep in mind I haven't done lines for any team, and just auto them, so I'm not worried about matchups, but when I examine players performing well, here's a few things I have picked up.

A player with good PA and PH, will still underperform a bit, unless they are paired with a good finisher. SC seems to be a very key rating (as it should be). But playing 3 players with strong PA & PH but mediocre SC does not seem to be resulting in top end points for those players.

If you look at the top 10 lists I posted, the top 10 snipers are routinely towards the league leaders in points, while sometimes, the top playmakers aren't. You need some finish to have optimal results.

I plan on running a battery of test sims once the ratings are officially released, and will give you guys the options of getting your lines in to run with them, but since people were asking, here's a few observations.

**note most of my tests sims dont ven have the roster right at this point, its all testing to get the sliders where we want them for injuries, finances, goals, save percentages etc.,..**

As well i contacted Simon T asking for some line tips as I have NO IDEA about this new system and he said it would be unfair. lol

What rating would you consider a good finisher Bryce? Like the elite elite Carter, Vanek, AO? Or still finishers with SC ratings from 76 and up?

Still doesn't mean that your team won't score.... i'm happy that i'll have the combination of Datsyuk and Staal working together, might even get up into the league leaders for next year.... i just have little offensive depth as i've got staal over 80SC, but datsyuk and kunitz are the only others with 70+SC
