Marc-Andre Fleury's GAA has dropped below the 4.00 mark for the first time this season. Coach Therrien, a man of his word, took him to Dairy Queen as promised him if he reached this goal.
Since this motivation seemed to work for the young net-minder, Coach Therrien has set more goals for his goalie. If his GAA goes below 3.50, coach will let him stay up past his bedtime. If his GAA drops below 3.00, the entire team is getting a pizza party. If his GAA goes below 2.00, reports are that the coach will buy Fleury a pony.
No word what the award will be if his GAA hits 1.50, but rumor is that in involves a "Super Sweet 16" party like on MTV, and a cake shaped like a Ferrari.

The promise of a Pizza Party sure did motivate the Wings last night. A monster 10-3 win over the New York Rangers. 3 goals in the first 1:10 for the wings.
It seems that the turning point of the season is the big upset win over heavily favored Atlanta. Starting with that game, the team has won 4 in a row, averaging 6 goals a game.
Coach Therrien isn't looking into the future though.
"It only been a few game. We need to start play better consistantcy, and get more scoring from da turd line. Da Power Play and da Penalty Kill still need to improve.
"We still aren't in the playoff. We aren't planning the Cup Parade, or making our reservations at Pizza Hut yet. We have some tough team coming up, and are in da toughest division in da league.
"We will see how that go"
