Rumours around the league and according too the Atlanta Press has sources saying that Gm Kirk Shuck has gone out and hired an assistant gm too help in organizing some of the duties around the Thrashers Organization. Press conference will be held tomorrow as Gm Kirk will be announcing his mysterious Assistant too the league .
I was actually i candidate too run the business out in Oil Town , however the Edmonton Oilers Organization found it fitting in hiring highly talented Gm Kevin Love . Once word broke out of the hiring of Love in Edm , Kirk came quickly calling and offered me a job too become his new assistant .
Im thrilled too have accepted this 1 year contract in helping such a properly well organized organization . I feel that i can learn alot from Gm Kirk as he seems too be geering his team in the right direction . I look forward too meeting with present gms around the league and be able too Help Kirk in all Finances and assist him in trade talk negotiations , to be able to assess the direction of this team . After talking too him on the Phone , with both shared the same views and look forward too working with each other and Hopefully bring a Stanley Cup championship in Atlanta . Only signed a 1yr contract as i have let Gm Kirk know that i am looking for full time employment as a Gm someday and hopefully this will only add too my resume .
