As for Phoenix's comments on this rumoured trade there has been no word to confirm or deny this from the Phoenix camp. The team seems to be continuing along right now as if nothing has happened as they prepare for free agency and the upcoming draft.
GM Vardy is known for holding his cards close to his chest so only time will tell if this rumour is indeed true.
his 5 yr 1.72 contract is cheap enough to be a backup.. his 78ov rating (80+ AFTER FULL YR #1) will form sick tandom with carey price for many many yrs..
