In a six game battle that saw both teams have control of the series at one time. The Flyers had taken control when they won game 3 at home and took home ice advantage and a 2-1 lead over the Thrashers.
The Thrashers then battle hard in game 4 and won it taking back home ice, in Ray Emery's first start of the playoffs the netminder only let in a late lucky goal to ruin his shut out. In game five Emery came to the coaches saying he had the flu and wouldnt be 100% so the team went back to Henrik Lundqvist, and he responded in game 5 with a shutout 2-0 in and took the series lead.
In game 7 the Olli Jokinen show took over in the second half of the game with a natural hat trick but the really weird thing is the mystery PP the team was on for the 2nd Jokinen goal.. they didnt even have a man in the box but it was still a PP goal. lol FHL is funny lol..
The Thrashers management is really pumped about eliminating a rival G.M and team and now not having to listen to RRRREEEEXXXXX until he beats me in a playoff series.. REXXXX U SHHOULD HAVE SENT IN YOUR LINES WITH CAPS LOCKS ON I KNOW YOU DONT YOU THE GMEDITOR, CAPS LOCKS WOULD HAVE MADE THE TEAM REALIZE U WERE SERIOUS. PS YOUR OFFESNSE SURE DISAPPEARED REX... CROSBY PROBABLY WOULD HAVE HELPED.....

I dont really understand his GM Editor comment because how I send in my lines is via email directly to the commishes email address... So unless you have access to that email address, or you are getting a lot of inside info that THE REST OF US ARE NOT GETTING.. there would be no way for you to know that...
And I have been sending my lines in via GM Editor anyways, so you are a little off base..
Perhaps Eric could please respond here because I would be royally peeved if my lineups for our series were being leaked to Kirk somehow... although I strongly suspect he is just spouting off nonsense and making himself look as childish as we have come to expect.

everyone makes mistakes, but my team has consistently gotten better via my trading... and based on salary, and where my team is at currently, I decided to let go of my 3rd best defensive asset to secure a player that will be ridiculously cheap and also have a very very nice rerate for next season...
