I know this is an NHL rule and not one for BRHL, but I was wondering if the BRHL had any plans to enforce the rule that a player cannot play for a team if that team has traded and re-acquired him in less than two months?
I'm sure you can guess which team brought this to my attention. :P
try 8 for tallinder... didn't feel like going through the trade list again to see how many times pothier was traded, but i think it's equal or higher than 5 times...

in the phoenix part it was mathias tjarnqvist-- and i dont have fritsche or karsums JOE does, i have rissmiller from his side.. so i dont know where u came up with this :)
possibly my mistake with fritsche, in the first deal it doesn't say who got which, i just assumed it was atlanta getting the picks and fritsche, not new york... my mistake though with tjarnqvist, didn't know which one you got so i guessed, i guessed wrong... i copied the deals from the trade thread exactly how they were, maybe you traded back karsums to joe, but that's listed in one of the deals....
i just found it amusing that a player has been traded or acquired by the same team 8 times, this actually leads with my eventual point that if a team trades enough times (atlanta :P) then the fact that some players might be used by one team for a season to be traded back after a season ends... which might sound like a rental plan, i'm just wondering if eric and bryce with the BOD might look at adopting the NHL rule which states a player traded at the deadline by a team cannot be traded back to the team for the next season...
