In clarification

There was an apparent Salary Cap Violation by the Rangers on Friday night.

What happened, is something that happens very rarely on Yahoo.  I received an e-mail from Joe roughly 3 hrs after he sent it.  An e-mail that affected his lines and cap alterations.

The e-mail was received later on Saturday afternoon, roughly around 4:30 PM EST. But in arriving, the e-mail was time stamped at 12:06 PM. And was put in chronological order of the other e-mails received along that time.  What I've been told by Yahoo, is that the e-mail was simply delayed. But when received it is placed in the slot that it would've, if it wasn't delayed.

In the delayed e-mail it absolved NYR of his cap violation by sending a player to the farm.

The reason that this wasn't brought up sooner was that I was in communication with Yahoo, where they clarified the mistake.

So, to those of you had noticed by checking the waivers.  Jozef Stumpel was incorrectly suspended, and the cap penalty has been reversed.

I would like to thank Eric for his timely response to our club and how he handled it in a professional manor and listened to my argument.  This is yet another example of why the BRHL2 is the best league because we simply have the best people in it, starting with our commish.  Thats just my 2cents, thanks for listening and happy holidays to everyone-Joe  NYRGM

Yes, excellent job Eric.  I love the diligence with confirming things with Yahoo...
