Hey guys,

Ill be away for 4 days (fridays through tuesday inclusively)

Im looking for a volunteer to watch over my team while Im away so I dont go over the cap ..

The Acting GM would have the authority to place an injured player on IR to avoid any cap violations

that being said....
I have aprox $1M in cap room.....so it would take 3 injuries for my team to run into cap problems.

simply reply to this msg if ure willing to take on the acting while im away.

i have

Joe Sakic, Mark Recchi, Mike Knuble, Bill Guerin, Steve Sullivan, Niklas Lidstrom, Tomas Vokoun - all stars - with some pretty well re-rated supporting cast in Roberts, Nieuwendyk, Smolinski, Mellanby, Zidlicky, Smith, Van Ryn

in another FHLsim league, presently ranked 2nd out of 30 teams biggrin

and in past years I've won a sim league, been to the finals three times, NEVER been a bottom-5 team focussed on long term objectives, so the BRHL2 seemed like a place to try it

I think Jay is the perfect choice for the volunteer position. He seems to have a reasonbly intellegent head on his shoulders and a stickler for details. I would want him to do it for me if I needed a replacememnt temporarily. Now having said that I do believe he had me finishing last in the division behind his lowly Islanders.    Hmmmmmm.......

Ok Jay

Thanks for volunteering....but just to clarify...you have no trading authority.....just make sure i dont go over the CAP between Thursday night sim and the Monday night sim.
