With some of what has been said recently, combined with the piles of complaints and lack of my ability to stomach it anymore. The Buffalo Sabres have now been reduced to 1 GM. Aaron has been fired, released, let go, dissmissed, etc. 

I've grown tired with the lack of professionalism and maturity and I'm now under the impression that no matter how many times it's asked, it's just not going to change.  I've been more than patient enough, and there needs to be an example made. I'm not willing to lose the GMs I'm running this league for, that make it fun for me to run the league.

Call it what you want to call it; Personal opinion, complaints, making an example of someone, etc.  I'm sure it all falls under those. Call me the bad guy if you want, it's fine. But judging from the GM's who make this league worth it, I don't think I'll have to worry.

Thanks for being a part of the league, your support, but at the same time, I don't think this is a relationship and situation worth maintaining.


For the rest of the league, take it as you will. If you want to call it a warning, an example, whatever. Just think about your actions. Don't know how many more times I can say it. Most GMs, from what I've encountered, are easy to get along with as long as you treat them with the same respect you want to be treated with.
