Today the press gathered early around the Thrasher practice facility hoping to get a chance to speak with either Marian Gaborik or Dany Heatley after the fight between the two at practice the previous day. The news crews started showing up 3-4 hours before practice only to find out Dany and Marian had beat them to the rink.

After a closed door practice the press caught up with the coach Barry Trotz and asked him if indeed he had shaken up his line combinations.

Trotz replied with, "Our top six forward will be the same yes, but their will be different combinations but im not going to tell you what they are before such an important game tommorow against our most hated rivals in the BRHL2 in Boston. Our whole team hates that organization and the g.m in boston who enjoys tea party's."

When asked if such a statement would possibly be taken and used as bulletin board material for the Briuns Trotz responded, "Good I hope their team comes fired up because our team is going to be fired up and it should be a great game for the fans of the BRHL2 as this battle between us the Thrashers and them the gutless Briuns is the only game on the schedule on Sunday."

With a member of the Boston Press in the crowd he got a question in and asked if Trotz had heard any truth to the rumour going around Boston that the teams former defenseman Henrik Tallinder and current D-man Dion Phaneuf where both sexually assaulted by the teams G.M Bryce Shuck, Phaneuf i guess liking it and staying in Boston and currently rooming with the G.M, Tallinder on the otherhand is haunted by it and he demanded a trade earlier in the summer and was granted it leaving Boston heading down hear to Atlanta.. Trotz responded with, "Yah thats what I was told by a couple of the players on the team that got to know Henrik in his short time hear in Atlanta. Once i found this out i told our G.M and he felt it would be best to trade someone with such a troubled background."

With that Trotz got up and walked away from the podium and left the room.
