Tagging your assets wisely is a key component to a competitive advantage... by having one player 76 and under as your lowe tag, and one player 77 and up as your lemieux tag, you can have these "UFA's" for 3 FREIKING YEARS!!!!
I am a huge smytty fan and think him and brunette will put up career numbers with joe incredible....
so I have moreau and ray whitney as separate assets that are available, BUT THEY HAVE TO BE ON YOUR TEAM FOR THE WHOLE SEASON...
but I can't get past the chitter-chatter stage with teams at this point...
I also have some good defensemen available that other teams have expressed interest in... kuba, tjarnqvist, montador, syvret, bisaillon, roy.... all can be moved in any kind of offer involving forwards of any kind...
ps I get that everyone likes luongo and cheech and ryan whitney but so do I.

It's a question of timing....most teams have spent the past 3 months getting the players they want, we are only a couple of days away from the start of the season and most people want to see how they do before making drastic changes. I am interested in a couple of your guys (Whitney, Kuba, Pogge) but I really don't have many assets left I am looking to move.
yeah I see your point but I'm not sure everyone understands the ramifications of the tags... and this post was easier than typing it 30 times, text-style on my TREO, which I am doing now.
