I am the commissioner of the Great Day For Hockey League (GDFHL), and we have a few spots that are open.Before I advertise to the masses, I wanted to post here to see if anyone is interested.
Here are the facts:
Just ended first season; playoffs about to start
NHL Rerates (probably using the DVHL rating package)
One season per year.We are behind a season, upcoming draft will be Johnson-Staal-Kessel draft
We use both Current and Past NHL franchises, and the league is in a Canadian and American conference setup.
Familiar names include: Jordan and Garrett Hansford, Joe DesMairis, Rob Botham
Trading will not be opened until after playoffs and rerates are finished, so there is no rush.I just wanted let you guys have first shot at the vacant teams, which are:

Guys this is a great league and well run. The commish is great, the ratings are great, the gm's are active as hell. There's plenty of great gm's in there and I'd be more than happy to help anyone get adjusted to the league if you need it.
Its a very diverse league and there's plenty of teams that love changing it up and keeping it fresh so there's no shortage of deals to be made. As well as the fact that the open teams right now are really good teams fully stocked with assets and the ability to make a serious run next season.
