new GM, though after a review by the commishes it started, what was nessecary to be done, a rebuild in Phoenix so the deal was left due to the timing of it with the draft and all. Though if people want to complain we could reverse it and I'd immediately make the same offer back to Buffalo.

1. No Phoenix and Washington did not make any deals (pre Alex in Washington)
2. Phoenix was over a longer period, and after draft let us know he was no longer interested.
3. The deals Phoenix made were allowed to stand because, in my opinion where very much to the betterment of the team, and I would do again in a second as their GM.
4. The only question is how the hell you passed high school with your English skills. Putting guidelines in place really isn't applicable because every situation is different, and will be different going forward. If you're concerned about the integrity of the league, leave.

If we could find a GM to take the team I wouldn't have to be running it.....
