lol **** you, Halak should have been in net and that 6th goal by Toronto on the 5 on 3 HORRIBLE CALL on Koivu but whatever, never should have been in that position from the beginning but what can you expect, it's always like that in Toronto, bad calls.

The calls had nothing to do with Koivu sticking his stick between Wellwood's legs and tripping him.
Neither team had a clue what to do on defense and Huet being beat by a floater and a cheesy goal by Antropov.
Halak should have had the start, not the guy that was on the shelf for weeks.

Sorry bud, but the Koivu penalty wasn't a bad call. Clearly tripped Wellwood, who would be the last person in the NHL to dive.
Bad calls in Toronto? I remember a few weeks ago in a game agaisnt the Habs Sundin was high sticked in the last minute with blood everywhere, and no call.
Anyways, goaltending was horrible on both sides. I didn't expect us to come back after we were down 5-3. Raycroft killed our momentum after we dominated the 1st.
I found the third period very weird. I think there was a total of 6 shots on net.
While I can say it: I hope Montreal enjoys their tee time Monday morning.

If you watch the replay you'll notice Koivu's stick was never between Wellwood's legs, it was on the outside and he barely ever touched him. The highstick a few weeks ago, I know I remember bbut that was one of the only times Habs actually got a call on thier side. Refereeing was bull**** again just like it has been all year long but whatever, Habs still should have won.

Almost Hab fan typical...similar to the messageboard discussions about how the shootout screwed the Leafs today.
Needless to say full credit to both the Leafs that deserved the victory vs the Habs and also the Isles who came from behind to steal the playoff spot from both teams.
I'm not saying Leafs didn't deserve to win but the strength of the Habs was in net and they didn't come through. My point is refs have been horrible all season, incredibly inconsistent and playoffs will be a joke, go NFL!
Well, the Leafs have no one to blame but themselves now that they are out of the playoffs. We lost big games down the stretch that we either blew leads in or just didn't show up in. It's too bad, but they can only kick themselves. Better luck next year.
I am looking forward to the playoffs. Will be very exciting to watch, especially in the West. Any team can go all the way. In the East I am really looking forward to the Ott-Pit matchup, it should be a gem.
